A digital service — nothing is shipped

Solvly is a digital subscription service. It is delivered entirely online through our web and mobile apps. There are no physical goods, and nothing is ever shipped, mailed, or couriered to you. This policy is provided for completeness and to explain how and when you receive access.

Instant delivery of access

Access is delivered instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your account is upgraded automatically and the paid missions and features become available to your children the next time they sign in — there is no waiting period and no shipment to track. You can also start free at any time (3 missions, no payment required) before subscribing.

If access is not available shortly after a successful payment, this is almost always a brief processing delay. Contact us at support@getsolvly.com and we will resolve it.

Where the service is available

Solvly is available on any supported device with an internet connection. Because delivery is digital, there are no delivery areas, shipping fees, or delivery times to consider.
