Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

Our policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops all future billing and you retain full access until the end of your current billing period, after which the subscription will not renew. Where a refund is required by applicable law, we will provide it.

How to cancel

Sign in to Solvly and go to Settings, then choose Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your plan stays active until then, and no further payments are taken after it. When the period ends, your account moves to the free tier; your children's data and progress are retained.

There is no charge to cancel, and cancelling does not delete your account. If you also want your data erased, you can request deletion separately from Settings.

Refunds

Because you can start free (3 missions, no payment) and cancel at any time before your next billing date, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments already made, including for partially used billing periods. This applies to both monthly and annual plans and to renewal payments.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country. Where a refund is required by applicable law, we will provide it. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the law that applies to you, contact us at support@getsolvly.com and we will review your request.
